What we collect

Your name, email, and phone so we can confirm and update your order. The recipient's name, address, and phone so we can deliver. The card message you write. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, to send you order updates by the channel you chose, and to answer you if you write to us. Marketing email or texts only if you ticked the box, and you can stop them any time.

Recipient details are used for the delivery only. We do not contact recipients for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting. Recipient addresses are kept with your order history so you can send to the same person again, and are deleted on request.
