Order terms
Flowers
Every arrangement is made by hand from what is freshest that day. If a flower you asked for is not available, we use one with the same look and feel, of equal or greater value, keeping your colours and style. Tell us at checkout if you would rather we call you first.
Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 13:00 on days we are open. Delivery fees depend on the address and are shown before you pay. Business addresses are delivered during business hours. If nobody is home and you have told us it is fine, we leave the flowers in a safe place and send you a photo. Otherwise we try to reach the recipient, and a second trip is charged at the delivery fee again.
Pickup
Pickup orders are ready at the time we confirm. Orders not collected by closing are held in the cooler for the next day.
Changes and cancellations
Change or cancel any time before we start designing. Once the arrangement is made, we cannot refund the flowers, but we will do our best to help.
Prices and tax
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include 5% GST and 7% PST where they apply. Chocolates and food carry GST only.
